Originally from St. John’s, Sierra’s journey into Pilates began as a personal pursuit of wellness, quickly evolving into a deep appreciation for its transformative impact—both physically and mentally.

With a background in business and graphic design, Sierra spent years working in marketing while maintaining her commitment to health and wellness. She fell in love with Pilates for its ability to combine movement with music, self-care, and mindfulness, and now she’s excited to share that experience with others in her hometown.

Sierra specializes in mat Pilates, creating welcoming and accessible sessions for all fitness levels. Her approach emphasizes consistency over perfection, empowering clients to embrace movement in a way that feels good and sustainable.

When she’s not on the mat, you’ll find Sierra indulging her creative side—whether designing, thrifting, or planning home projects. She also loves unwinding with a good book, a crisp Diet Coke, and her favorite seasonal latte.
