Prenatal Yoga
When: Thursday’s 10:00am - 10:50am
Location: Higher State Health & Wellness Club
This gentle, grounding yoga class supports your changing body throughout pregnancy. Build strength, ease tension, and connect deeply to your breath. No experience necessary! Bring whatever makes you comfortable. A calm space to move, rest, and connect with other expecting moms.
Baby & Me: Sculpt
When: Tuesday’s 10:00am - 10:50am
Location: Higher State Health & Wellness Club
For moms and babies 12 months and under (pre-crawlers only). This dynamic strength-focused class helps you rebuild and reconnect after baby. No experience needed, come as you are, bring anything you and baby need to stay comfy, and enjoy time with other new moms. Feeding, fussing, and resting are always welcome here!
Pilates & Flow Event
When: Saturday, September 6 | 9AM - 10AM (please arrive by 8:45am)
Location: 50 Harbour Drive, St. John’s NL. (@thelotonharbour)
Cost: FREE!
Parking: Limited on site -consider carpooling or be prepared for a short walk.
As summer comes to a close, we invite you to gather with us by the harbour for a morning of movement. Higher State Health & Wellness Club is hosting a complimentary community Pilates & Flow class at The Lot on Harbour (50 Harbour Drive) - an ode to the season and a celebration of rhythm and connection.
The class will open with mat Pilates led by Sierra, before transitioning into a revitalizing yoga Flow guided by Hayley. DJ Lea Coultas will curate the soundscape, while Cira Nutrition keeps us refreshed at their Hydration Station.
What to bring: Bring along your mat, dress thoughtfully for the weather, and consider layers, SPF, and comfort.
