Understanding the connection between stress, the nervous system, and why your body may not be responding the way it used to.

Stress, Hormones & The Modern Female Body

This session offers a deeper look at how stress physiology and hormonal shifts influence tension, pain, and recovery in women.

Many women today are active and committed to their health, yet still find themselves feeling tight, inflamed, fatigued, or slower to recover than they once did. Despite consistent effort, the body can begin to feel difficult to understand.

This evening will explore how stress, nervous system load, and hormonal changes influence where the body holds tension and how it responds to movement. We will discuss why patterns such as hip tightness, jaw tension, neck pain, and pelvic floor discomfort often coexist, and why progress can stall even when you are doing everything right.

Grounded in clinical insight, this conversation will offer a clearer understanding of these patterns and how thoughtful, integrated care can help restore balance, resilience, and sustainable movement.

A Q&A session will follow for shared learning and connection.
