6-Week Prenatal Pilates & Yoga Program

Join us for 6 intentional weeks of movement, care, and connection in our Prenatal Pilates & Yoga Program.
Weekly classes consist of intentional movement and education designed to prepare your body for labour and delivery, improve your breathing technique during pregnancy and birth, prevent injury to your body and pelvic floor muscles, and help address current symptoms that you may be experiencing (pelvic girdle pain, diastasis recti, incontinence, and more).
Each week, you’ll experience:
💫 1 Prenatal Pilates class to support posture, core, and pelvic floor
💫 1 Prenatal Yoga class to ground, stretch, and breathe with intention
Led by perinatal specialists Hayley and Sierra, and includes 20% off your first prenatal massage and acupuncture session.
Class Schedule:
Prenatal Pilates: Tuesdays at 6pm
Prenatal Yoga: Saturdays at 11am

6-Week Kids Yoga Program
Program Period: May 18-June 22
Location: Higher State Health & Wellness Club
Investment: $149 + HST
Playful, imaginative, and heart-centered.
Our 6-week Kids Yoga series for ages 5-10 is designed to help our little ones explore movement and mindfulness in a creative, fun, and supportive environment. With silly yoga poses, songs, storytelling, and creative games, each class encourages self-expression, cooperation, and emotional awareness.
Led by Rosie Verma, a certified Radiant Child Yoga and Kundalini Yoga Instructor, this series offers a joyful introduction to yoga while helping kids build balance, focus, and confidence on and off the mat.
This is more than just a yoga class; it’s a space for kids to connect, build confidence and move in their own unique little way.
Class Schedule:
Kids Yoga (Ages 5-10): Sundays at 11:00 AM
Youth Yoga (Ages 11-14): Sundays at 12:15 PM
