Studio Cancellation Policy

We know life can be unpredictable, and sometimes things come up at the last minute. To keep our classes running smoothly and fair for everyone, we kindly ask that you cancel at least 8 hours before class whenever possible.

• Class Packs or Drop-in Class: Late cancellations (within 8 hours) or no-shows will result in the loss of that class credit.

• Unlimited Memberships: Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a $30+ HST fee (equivalent to a drop-in class), which will be processed within 48 hours.
